At Princess P BodiLicious our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Everyday we ship to customers around the world, and our standard method of shipping is with Canada Post Expedited and Xpresspost International. All orders that are eligible for free shipping are shipped by Expedited.

Our shipping rates are based on the amount of product ordered and the destination address. The cost per shipping varies depending on the weight of the package and the location the package is going to. The prices outlined at ‘Check Out’ are quoted on the most expedited or economical means of shipping.
If you are shopping outside Canada or the USA, there is a drop down menu to select your shipping rate. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping charges. Read more below.
Tracking Notification
After processing and once an order has been shipped, tracking information is automatically Email to the address on our file. It is the customer's responsibility to update their information, track their package and check for Email notification from the courier and pay any Duties occurring from the shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of International Shipping & Customs laws. These laws are determined by your country.

A package may take between 4-21 business days to arrive at an international destination, and 2-4 business days for a Canadian destination. Delivery guarantees by Canada Post cannot be honoured for circumstances beyond their (and our) control.

when will my package arrive..?
We reserve the right to send a customer an invoice for additional shipping costs if the order has multiple boxes, overweight or for items excluded as free shipping.
We will notify you by Email for additional charges based on approximate shipping charges from the courier. When additional charges occur you may choose to pay by E-Transfer, Paypal or Credit Card.

Incorrect, Incomplete Shipping Address and/or Name
Once we received your order for processing, you are agreeing that the shipping/mailing address and name we have on file is correct. If your address and/or name is incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours after your order to make any necessary change.
Once an order is processed and shipped, unfortunately we will not be responsible for products shipped to an incorrect/incomplete address and/or wrong name.
If a package is returned to us, and you no longer want said package, a 5% restocking fee is required and duty also deducted for package returning to Canada. When a package is returned to us and if you want said package to be redirected to you, then you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs. We will send you an Invoice for the new shipping cost, and once payment is received, we will redirect the package.
